Meet Homeowner at property due to three toilets were not flushing properly.
Checked out the toilets and found that we would have to order the parts needed to repair all of the
Kohler Artist Renderation Toilets and would return to property as soon as the parts were delivered
to the Shop.
June 8, 2022
Returned to property with parts and repaired three of the four toilets in the house. Tested operations
of the toilets and all were working as designed. One of the parts were not in the delivery and again
will return as soon as it arrives to the Shop.
June 21, 2022
Returned after the last part was delivered to the Shop. Installed the part on the Master Bathroom
Toilet and tested operation and all is working as designed.

The Ceiling Located On The 2nd Floor.
Checked Out Toilet On The 2nd Floor And Found The Wax Ring Needed To Be Replaced.
Removed Old Wax Ring And Cleaned Off Old Caulk. Supplied And Installed New Wax Ring
And Applied New Caulk.

Meet Renter At Property, As They Said The Vanity Sink Faucet Would Leak A Little If Pushed
Little And Leak Allot If Pushed Allot.
Checked Out Vanity Sink Faucet And Found A New Cartridge Was Need Of Replacement.
Supplied And Installed New Cartridge In The Top Floor Hall Bathroom.
Also Found The Toilet In The Same Bathroom Was In Need Of Replacement Of A New Fill
Valve And Flapper. Supplied And Installed New Fill Valve And Flapper On The Bathroom's
Toilet. Tested Operations Of All Repairs And All Are Working In Proper Order.
