609-494-2270"I called Barnegat Light Plumbing (TheRinnaiGuys.Com) about some concerns I
had with my heating system and to see if they could come out and check and
make sure everything was installed correctly. I had never called them before and this was my first experience with dealing with them. Instead of coming out and charging me a for a service call Sam Wieczorek had us take a lot of photographs and email them to him so he could diagnose any problems we may have. I cannot believe the amount of time and attention that Sam took just to see if I might have a problem with the installation of my Rinnai Tankless Water Heater. It was installed by another company as a boiler for my Hot Water Baseboard Heating system, now a "no,
no".
Using emails with photos to save me money before coming out to my home, he was able to determine that it was installed correctly. (Sam didn't say, but I think Barnegat light Plumbing might have installed it differently.) To top it off, he did not charge me a penny. I have never experienced service like
this before and to me, it shows that Barnegat Light Plumbing
(TheRinnaiGuys.Com) really care about Customer Service and truly go above and

609-494-2270"Barnegat Light Plumbing is the best service company I have ever dealt with. These guys are amazing! The new Rinnai works great just as they said it would and I am very happy I went with their recommendation as they knew everything there is to know about Rinnai. When Sam and Mike figured out my gas piping and total BTU's it was like dealing with a couple of NASA engineers. I have never seen anything like this. I now have a lot different prospective on plumbing and the incredible knowledge it involves. These two men took the initiative and time to actually learn and fully understand the mathematics and science it takes to do something as complex as figuring out the dynamics of gas flow including gas volumes, pressure loss, and water column. I am a professor at an Ivy League University known as Harvard and I would be honored to have these guys come out and share their incredible knowledge with my class.
